Mothers Mag & Aluminum Polish, 5 oz. (05100)

This product worked great on my headlight! it removed the yellowing instantly. Highly recommended.

I grabbed this polish for the old aluminum wheels on our family SUV and a couple random metal bits in the garage. The stuff goes on easy. I rub a small amount with an old t‑shirt, wait a bit, then buff it out. The first time i used it, my 10‑year‑old pointed at the wheel and said it looked “newish” again, which honestly made me pretty glad i bought it. I’ve also used it on a dull stainless toaster and the tips of my exhaust. Takes a little elbow grease but it works well and the can will last a long time. My only gripe is the smell is a little strong so crack tge garage door.

This is a big can of polish not the can you get at the auto store. It's effective and got some light scratches out easily. It's the same old mothers quality that makes all my aluminum shine bright.

I haven't used this on my wheels yet but it's a cheap and easy cleaner for removing yellowing from auto headlights! Polishes them right up. Also, my aluminum stove top popcorn pan looks brand new now that the burned-on cooking oil and butter is cleaned away. I take care to rewash the pan after using the polish so as not to ingest any residue left behind. I've never found anything like this, and at a good price.

The product works very well. I used it on aluminum serving pieces and the shine is amazing. However, the jar when it arrived was half full. That’s why I gave 4 stars and not 5. I did not return it but the next time I purchase this product I will purchase locally. Amendment: I contacted the company via email and explained how my product arrived. They wrote me back immediately and went into detail about the weight, how it is supposed to look inside and what to do to improve the watery cream. I know now that it was not half full when it arrived and it was packaged as it was supposed to be. They offered to send me a replacement if I still was not satisfied, however, I declined the offer. I am very happy with this product. It works perfectly and I appreciate their company and customer service.

I polished the left side of my stainless kitchen sink with Mothers and left the right side untouched. The contrast was a solid difference. The left side looked brand new and bright. The right side still had hard water spots and blotches of discoloration. My sink had water spots, dullness, and that filmy buildup that no regular dish soap has removed. One application with a cloth and a little elbow grease and it was gone. The stainless actually reflects light now which looks fancy. Application is simple and satisfying …wipe on, buff out, done. No complicated process, no harsh fumes, just results. And a little goes a long way so this tub will last a while. I used it on a monogram stainless ash tray right after this too! If your stainless sink, appliances, or fixtures are looking tired and dull- this product will do.

Very impressed with this products ability to repair and effectively provide a mirror shine.

Stuff cleans great. Disappointed that both cans I bought were only half full. Pretty lame
