A: Yes,  the skin and bones have been removed.

**Q: Do the cans contain bpa or bps?**
A: Most of our canned product line, including the  Bumble Bee Red Salmon you asked about, have been fully transitioned to cans with coatings not made with BPA.  For the handful of products that have not yet transitioned, we continue to work with our can suppliers who are currently conducting more extensive testing, and we will transition once the testing is complete.
