Womens Outdoor Walking Hiking Trousers Lightweight Quick Dry Water Resistant Trekking Pants with Zipper Pockets

I wanted a pair of lightweight trousers for walking our dog, my jeans were getting uncomfortable for walking a few km in now that the weather is milder. Read up on the reviews, ordered a pair and hoped that they lived up to what I expected... They're absolutely perfect! I'm going to order another pair too, as they're just what I wanted. Lightweight, stretch fabric that gives when bending, kneeling etc. Two deep side pockets and one back pocket; all zipped. An elasticated waist, but also has a zip and fastener too. They wash very well and didn't take long to dry on the line. I am usually an ironer, but no need to iron these, any creases disappeared soon after putting them on. I have practically lived in these since I bought them, they are so comfy to wear around the house or for knocking about in the garden. Oh, and not forgetting the main reason I wanted them, dog walking! They were great on a 5k walk, lightweight, breathable and comfy - not sticking to me like my jeans would. I haven't worn them in the rain as they are not waterproof, although they might withstand a bit of light drizzle. I'm a standard UK size 14 and ordered a size L, which fit perfectly. The inside leg measures 30" - i'm about 5ft, 7" tall and they sit over my ankle, just right for me. Really pleased with my purchase =0) ** Came back 12 months later to say both pairs of trousers still going strong!! Best buy ever, I live in them, so comfy. 06.04.2022. ** Well its now 2025 and I'm back to order another pair!! My previous two pairs have just begun to fall apart - not bad for constant (almost every day) wear over the last few years. Fingers crossed the material etc will still be of the same quality =0) 25.01.2025. ** I'm back again! March 2026 - I ended up buying two pairs in 2025 (navy and grey) they are still going strong, however after noticing a small bleach spot on the leg of my grey pair, I've bought another grey as you can never have too many haha. I still wear a pair most days, so comfy. If you haven't realised by the additions to my original review, I don't like change so I'm glad these are still the same quality/material after 5 years - I wonder if people in my hometown think I've worn the same pair since 2021...

Bought these for walking; wore them in light rain, and, as described, they are quick drying & very comfy. I haven't worn them in heavy rain yet and don't think they would be fully waterproof (which would mean they'd be thicker and less breathable), but they're perfect for what I wanted (light, stretchy, quick-drying if wet). I'm 5' 0" and struggle to find outdoor trousers that are not massively long; these are a bit long on me (as expected), but because they are light & slim-legged, I can just roll or ruche them up a bit & they look fine; the slim fit is very flattering. Wore them for a long hike yesterday and they were perfect for changeable weather. Though they are close-fitting, there’s enough room to fit base layer leggings underneath in colder weather. (The pockets extend quite far down the legs; because they are slim-fitting, I'm not sure how much you'd be able to put in them though - flat things only! Or just to slip your hands in.) V pleased with purchase; excellent value for money. Update 11/08/23: great trousers, but check the size measurements before ordering. I returned to buy another pair of these in a different colour for an upcoming walking trip (hot weather, but need full cover & paler colour to guard against ticks). Ordered the Medium size this time, as I've put on a bit of weight since I bought the black pair in Small (can still get into them, but waist is tight), but find that I'm now between sizes - the Medium, while comfortable on the waist, is a bit too big on the hips, and the legs are considerably longer and wider at the bottom, which means that for me as a short person (5' 0"), they don't look right rolled or ruched up and they are not as flattering in the hip area as the old Small pair. Will probably exchange for a Small and hope to lose some weight before I need to wear them on my trip, but wish there wasn't such a big difference assumed between hip and waist measurements - by the size chart, I'd be buying XXL for the waist! For those wondering how "waterproof" they are, after wearing the black pair for 3 years, I can say they're only mildly resistant to light drizzle - if it's properly raining, you will get soaked through, but once the rain has stopped, they are so light, they do dry in no time. All in all, they are great value, comfy, flattering trousers, very light to pack and quick to dry. Just wish there was a short leg option and a bigger waist to hip ratio.

Great fit, lightweight and look nice. Not for cold weather unless you wear thermals underneath I'd say.

Love these trousers. So comfortable and true to size. I’m a 14? And found M fit great. I have bought two pairs in different colours and will buy again. Easy to wear /wash / dry.

Pocket ripped very quickly other than that they seem nice

Bought these for 3 week overland trip and trek in Africa and my rucksack had to be under 10kg. The trousers were perfect for the trip. I bought light grey and they were true to color and any concerns about being 'see through' were unfounded. The material is lightweight but not too thin with a welcome stretch on movement and zip pockets (albeit quite small) . These trousers were washed and dried in no time which is great when on the move with limited clothes. They ticked my important box for all day comfort both walking and sitting in trucks and, whilst not essential, they look flattering which was a bonus! So why not 5 stars? I liked them so much ordered a black pair in same size (same brand and supplier) but black ones arrived with slightly different design and a good 1.5 inch smaller in the waistband than my grey ones. Fortunately they have elasticated waist but they are also tighter on the thighs and so not as comfortable for travel. I bought medium and usually wear size 12 in other brands. Erster Eindruck - Preis/Leistung ist super!! Die Hose passt super, sie ist sehr leicht und dünn und vor allem hat sie strech wie keine andere die ich bisher anprobiert habe. Wie sie sich in der Praxis hält wird sich zeigen.

Top. Sehr bequem, guter Schnitt, auch bei kräftigeren Waden. Werde sie mir wahrscheinlich noch in einer weiteren Farbe zulegen. Auch die Lieferung ging schneller als angegeben. 👍

Die Hose passt gut,hat eine schöne blaue Farbe und das Material fühlt sich angenehm an.Das Bein ist etwas weiter aber auch nicht zu weit.Die Länge ist prima bei 168 cm ,ich würde mal sagen bis 174 cm alles top.
