Ordered 20 of these at the same time. They all came in separate packages???? Not sure why. My husband took them to the office party and they had a ball with them. They just come around the head like a headband so they fit anyone. So much fun. They will be using them next year too. A tradition has begun. They are sturdy and the bells are perfect. What a fun thing for a kids birthday party they would be.

Super cute hats. They are well made for the price, and the bells jingle. I purchased them for 6 -10 year olds, and they fit well. I didn't need to adjust them at all. The colors are bright and cheerful.
