I don't understand the negative reviews from people who said their plumbers could not figure out how to install these fixtures or that they needed special adapters or fittings to make it work. I installed this just as easy as any American made fixtures with no special tools or fittings. No leaks, good strong flow, looks great. I've had it in now for about a year and it stil looks and operates great. My only criticism would be that all these Chinese made shower valves seem to use the same cartridge, and I can't find any replacements for them (haven't needed it yet, but I wanted to buy one for a spare). This whole set costs less than the shower valve for my Deltas, so I guess if I need a new one I can just buy the whole set.🤣 Sorry Delta, you're pricing yourself out of the market. We had it professionally installed.** A: During the installation process, please use high quality pipe elbow with fixed hole and secure it tightly to the wall. **Q: How do I adjust the temperature setting to make it hotter? I can get the red ring inside the valve out but cannot remove the blue ring.** A: Please try to increase the pressure of the hot water. This shower set uses a pressure balance valve. It has anti-scald function. Only both the cold water pressure and hot water pressure are normal, and the pressure difference is not too large, can the shower valve work properly. In addition, in order to prevent burns, the temperature is not allowed to be set too high. **Q: I ordered 3 of these shower systems and all the cartridges came with the hot and cold water reversed.
