No need of thread and needles, use the clothing steam iron to do the job
Although I own a singer, sewing machine, and I am accomplished, hand-stitching leather, I enjoyed using this product to hem the length of my uniform pants.

Love This Product
I didn't know this existed until my aunt suggested it to me for hand quilting. I use this as a guide when I wan to quilt 1/4" from the seam. It works perfectly. I also reuse the strip several times before discarding. It does lose its "stickyness" each time you reuse it, but it seems to do well enough to use it about three times. I do recommend if you are learning how to quilt with a 1/4" seam.

My go to tape....
I do not have a long arm quiting machine and sometimes like doing "line" work on my quilts as I quilt on a domestic machine. To measure and keep things in line from one break to another , simply taping from the end of one section across sections quilted in a different design, it is a simple way to cross over and keep track of where you are. Once I get started, using my walking foot with a guide, makes things near perfect. Sometimes just laying the tape out on a section in different ways can help me decide the design before I start stitching.

I use this for hand quilting and have never had a problem until using this one.
