EDIT: Please stop low rating Shilajit because of the taste. None of it the resins taste good. I want to know how it works. I just put a pea size blob in my mouth and chase with water. It is over and done with. I was skeptical of this one because a lot of influencers push it on a certain platform. I decided to give it a try and I'm impressed. I've used different brands, so I already knew that no Shilajit tastes wonderful. This one, however, is not that bad compared to others. I do feel like I have more energy. Not groundbreaking energy...I'm 57 lol ..but I've felt more alert for sure. Third party testing has been done also. Please do not pick a Shilajit that has not been third party tested! I recommend this one

OMG!! The decision to try Natural Shilajit has definitely been one of the best things l've ever done! This Shilajit is a very good product and worth the money for it. The taste is very unique and takes time to get use to it but as noted in the product it is a gold grade. The effect will take time before you see big notice so don't believe all the tik tok videos where sudden changes take place you will gradually see the changes come forward. I have tried high end grades of Shilajit and this product works just as good. I will continue to purchase this product and use it for my health.

Yes totally! Met my expectations

I've been taking shilajit for awhile now and I've tried several different products. I received this and tried it immidiately; the product was as hard as a rock and the taste was awful. Different than anything anything else I've tried. I believe the product I received was bad. The seller refuses to refund me. I would recommend you stay awhile from this product and anything else the seller has to offer.

I just received it yesterday. I opened it today and noticed that it is very hard like tar. I am not sure if that is how it's supposed to be. It says on the cap to close tightly to prevent it from drying. But it looks very dry. It does not taste all that bad. I hope it works and I hope the product I have is not dried out. I placed it in hot water and it did dissolve.

I love the energy it gives me, and also the mental clarity. This has an earthy flavor, not overwhelming, I find it easy to take. One of the main reasons I started to take Shilajit is for cognitive support. This definitely helps me stay more focused, and I have far more stamina throughout the day. Highly recommend.

I have been taking this product for about 2 weeks now and have felt the increase in energy. My husband was sick a couple days ago and I did not get what he had so I believe that is has helped to strengthen my immune system along with honey. The company has been great to work with and responds right away to any questions you may have.
