Yes, I also have a small wrist and got the 6.5 inch. It fits great, and loose, it's not tight. The 7" will definitely be too long for you. :)

Is this sterling silver?

It depends on which one you select. If you notice, there are two yellow gold options, one says “yellow gold”, one says “vermeil”. There is a description in the company marketing that explains the difference…. And the description will change when you click on vermeil vs yellow gold. All of them are made from recyclable metals, so there isn’t a way to fully know what the yellow gold plated is made with.. the vermeil however is made from sterling silver. Gold plating wears off, vermeil is a way for them to basically fuse the gold to the actual ring and will last so much longer than playing, possibly even the lifetime of the piece. If just wearing for an every so often formal occasion, plating would be just fine and likely never chip away… but if it’s an everyday or several days a month wear, I would go the vermeil route hands down.

How many carats is this bracelet
