Corelle 18-Piece Service for 6, Chip Resistant Dinnerware Set, Amalfi Rosa

Unfortunately one of the plates broke (my fault) I was looking to complete, but the model in this color is no longer available love the set Waiting for something new and interesting

I just received my set of dishes of the Amalfi Rosa Pattern. This set is very pretty. The colors are soft. The reddish color on the dinnerware to me is more of a rusty color. The silver/gray and rust colors look great together. I am very please that this set came in a set of six. This works great for my family. The bowls are a perfect size, not too small and not too big. On other dish ware sets that I have seen the bowls are so large they are like serving bowls. I also ordered the luncheon plates that match this set, however they are back ordered. Can't wait until I receive them. These dishes are of great quality as I would have expected from Corelle. I love that they are light weight,functional, and also pretty. You won't be disappointed if you decide to order the set. I do have one suggestion for Corelle though. When you are putting a set of dishes together I wish you would make a complete place setting. By that I mean these pieces: dinner plate, luncheon plate, desert plate, bowls, cups, and a small sauce dish. Also, when a new patter comes out I wish you would also offer these pieces that match the dishes: salt & pepper shaker, meat platter, butter dish, sugar/creamer, serving bowls, butter dish, etc. I realize that Corelle does make a lot of these pieces in plain white that mix and match with everything, but it would be so nice to have these pieces all with the same pattern.

My autistic son has been helping with putting away dishes, however he is very rough with them and have chipped all of my old set of dishes. I got these in hopes that they would survive his “helping” me and THEY DO! Very durable and cute design. True the the design is a bit pixelated but again these suckers are super strong. Note to manufacturer: if you just used 3 slightly varying images of this design to print onto your dishes, it would give it a less coldly manufactured feeling to them. But overall very happy!

Grew up in a household that used Corelle ware, and I turned out just fine. After building our home some 20 years ago, we wanted to upgrade our plates and serve ware, and purchased lovely Calvin Klein settings in off white with patterned salad plates for a dash of color. While they were beautiful, pieces were broken over time, and I simply tired of trying to replace them. Step right up Corelle! With your utility strength, and new stylish patterns, ya won me over. No complaints since my purchase, and look forward to MANY years of use. Thank you for a remarkable product, that has endured through the years, and hits the pocketbook ever so gently!

I was looking for something durable that you can use in a microwave and dishwasher safe for a shore rental. I realized that you can't microwave melamine dishes. These are perfect and I just love the pattern. They are thin, so you can stack a lot of them and they don't take up a lot of room in the cabinet. Icing on the cake, is that they are made in the USA! I highly recommend these!

I really like the pattern of this plate set. It's not all matchy matchy but pairs together nicely. This is my first time buying Corelle plates. I like that they are made in the USA and they're thin, but seem pretty sturdy. I bought one set of the 18 piece and the matching lunch plates. I loved everything so much I bought another set of each! I definitely recommend.

I have been waiting to replace my old (20 yrs) set of corelle. These are beautiful! The pattern is not the usual Corelle style and that’s what I love about this set. The set came with dinner plates, snack plates and cereal bowls. I ordered lunch plates extra to round out the set.

My Grandmother had Corelle plates when I was growing up. Loved them then and Love them even more now that my family uses them! It my first set of matching dishes and they are great!!! Shipped right to me, no chips or scratches! Easy to clean!

I can see this is popular and in the pictures I loved it. So I bought it for my dear mum. It was a gift to replace the one my dad bought in America for my mum some 34 years ago - much of it still going strong!My dad passed away of Covid nearly 7 months ago so I wanted to treat her.Sadly when it arrived the pattern is a print of a hand painted design but this is all wonky and all over the place - a real disappointment. I understand this maybe part of the appeal of this design but if was more regular then it would have been a winner. My mum - who is an artist - thought she could do a better job - not sure about that but....Corelle is great - strong, lightweight etc. so I will buy another design.And I realise the design element is subjective.
