Highly trusted for red hot engines.
Clean your engine of any oil or grime and it will look new with this stuff. It has been great since my first engine build in the summer of '69.

Good to
After priming with the flat white primer it looked pretty good painted blue but the cooler air temperature messes with the drying of the blue paint but it still came out ok i done touch ups after reinstalling the muffler and baked the paint on but the cool air messed it up good so both mower muffler and that scooter muffler the paints color changed after idling for a period of time but i knew it would happen in thr cold air and so I'll redo it next year its needing a shade darker of that blue

Beautiful bright pink
I needed it to paint underneath my car. It’s nice and bright pink sticks very well.

Used to paint aluminum radiator
I've used VHT products for many year on headers and exhaust manifolds, but this was the first time using it on a radiator. I had purchased an aluminum radiator for my 1972 Chevy C10, but never liked seeing the silver through the grill. After some research, I found VHT GM Satin Black was highly recommended. I was not disappointed. The paint matches my engine compartment very well. As with anything you paint, proper preparation is key. A primer undercoat is not recommended on radiators, as it will hold in extra heat. The only negative about the product, is that it needs a fan style spray nozzle for more even coverage.

Good coverage
Covers well, but you will need to use lite coats to make it uniform

Not much to say. It's just spray paint.

Doesn't have the finish you would expect, I expected a more Matt powder coat like the primer (white) was, but it is definitely a more gloss look. Not bad overall and the end result I'm still happy with (as stupid as the project overall was haha)
