The knife was slightly bigger than expected , but it only made the effect better for my cosplay. It is very lightweight and looks just as pictured. It is quite durable since I did drop it a few times , so dont worry about it breaking on you. Overall , an amazing product and it served his purchase!

I love this. It's real enough to work and fake enough to not get arrested. It just depends on your size. It seems as though it is true to size for the actual movie slashers IMO though. If you are a tiny person, go with a tiny knife. I am 6'3" and 275lbs. I enjoyed scaring even the adults. I hope this helps.

LOL. I knew it was going to be a big knife but it looks more like a short sword, It's comically big. Despite it's size It looks amazing and will complete my nieces Yandere simulator costume nicely. The blood splatter looks good and I am happy with this purchase. I would recommend this knife for any bloody costume or cosplay. Warning: The plastic edge of the knife is sharp and if you are going to use it as a prop that might come into contact with someone's skin you should file it to remove the sharp edge. Do not feign cutting someone's throat till you have dulled the edge or you might cause a real cut.

This knife is absolutely fantastic! I was expecting it to be a smaller than a normal kitchen knife, but it's actually about 2 or 3 times the size of a normal kitchen knife. The knife is quite realistic-looking and it appears to be rather sturdy. I am very impressed with this product and it will go great with my killer clown costume!

As the rating states it is OK for what it is. I was expecting a bit better quality, but for the price I could have used a real knife, but that is frowned upon using a real knife as part of my Halloween costume (Michael Meyers). The knife is bulky and does not resemble a knife other than the shape. The picture is a bit deceiving because the blood spatter is hardly noticeable and the blade portion color is more of a dull grey not shiny silver. The knife did work ok for my costume because the kids did not scrutinize the knife they were more scared of the mask and probably didn't even notice the knife. My recommendation would be to find an old kitchen knife from a garage sale or something and take a grinder to the blade edge to make it safe.

I ordered this for my son's Halloween costume. It turned out to be perfect! It was a little larger than I expected, but that made it even scarier. We added a little extra stage blood on to the knife to give it a more realistic look. Fantastic knife prop and I highly recommend it!

My lovely wife and I used this prop for a Halloween party. I played Norman and my wife was Marion. Her costume was basically a shower curtain and I wore a granny dress. We won our class!! Note: this is a BIG knife.

Got it because reviews seemed high but so not worth it. It's bigger then expected and very fake and cheaply made.

Item was as described and perfect addition to my costume.
