The eyeliner is great but only got 2 uses out of it. Do I need to sharpen it or is that it finish?

Hi there! Thank you for your question. Yes, the Scandaleyes Waterproof Kohl Kaja Liner does require sharpening. We recommend using a cosmetics sharpener with a similar size hole to the pencil. If you have any questions, please reach out to our team. You can give us a call at 1-800-715-4023, and we'll be happy to help.

Is the mascara waterproof, like the eye liner? I don't see where it indicates either way, and I don't want waterproof mascara.

No it is not, Only the eyeliner is waterproof but this mascara is easily applied and lasts for hours. I absolutely love it! It is a great product.Hope this helps.............

Is the mascara black? Im only buying because I want the curved brush

Yes, it is black. I like the curved brush as well. I don’t like the new-fangled brushes.

Even though I was charged for this in February, I never received it?

This has nothing to do with me. Please let the seller know.
