Review: Great, natural protein, easy on digestive system. - Good taste, equitable price for the amount, (3 Lbs), very easy on my stomach. I'm late 40's and work out really hard 3-4 times a week with short at home stints on my days off. Eating healthy, proper rest, cutting 90% of all sugar, bread, cheese, alcohol....there's a lot of other items you could add to the list. Trying to eat mostly healthy with pushing yourself and not getting the proper supplements could be a deteriorating factor. This past August I noticed I'd gained 10 lbs over the past year going form a field to desk job. For my height, 5'8", it was okay if put in the right places; this was mostly around my waist. Cut out those items listed above and went from 175 to 160 by end of January. It was too much loss. After one week of taking the protein, (every night, whether working out at the gym or home) ** (also mix a 1/2 scoop of two additional protein products, all organic all in the top 5 of best recommend healthy proteins), and I can already feel a big difference and see a small difference. I don't know the science behind it or if it will work for everyone as it has for me....gained back 1.5 LBS, have more energy and look a little better.
Review: Taste Fine Mixed with Vanilla Pea Protein, IBS-C - I bought the Vanilla flavor Rice protein. Alone the taste is not very good. But I think that is true for most rice proteins. I mix it at a ratio of 30 to 70 or 40 to 60 of the rice protein to Vanilla Pea Protein by Naked Nutrition in some plant milk, filtered water and a little honey or maple syrup. Mix with an immersion blender and it taste great and blends well. I do this to try to get a complete protein with all the essential amino acids. I use it in other smoothies as well with frozen fruit, chia seeds, some honey and plant milk. Blends well and no over powering taste. I suffer from IBS-C and I can not drink whey. I have had not had any gut issues with The Nutribiotic Vanilla Rice Protein.

I bought the Vanilla flavor Rice protein. Alone the taste is not very good. But I think that is true for most rice proteins. I mix it at a ratio of 30 to 70 or 40 to 60 of the rice protein to Vanilla Pea Protein by Naked Nutrition in some plant milk, filtered water and a little honey or maple syrup. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good, But Get the Organic Vanilla Version Instead

Ordered by mistake. NutriBiotic Rice Protein is a great product, but I much prefer the Organic version, especially for something I use almost every day. The Vanilla version has a much better taste than the Plain if you're not adding something like fruit to give it a good flavor. 12 grams of protein & 1 gram of fiber in 2 TBS. I add 5 grams of fiber with mix of psyllium and apple fiber. Needs a little sweetener. I like Wholesome Raw Blue Agave & a bit of Stevia. I use a Cuisinart Smart Stick immersion blender with a Braun straight-side flat-bottom 16oz cup.
