My old office chair lost a wheel after 3+ years of constant use. I need a new one!!!I ordered this as it seemed a reasonable price compared with other more 'traditional' office chairs.It came well packaged and with a surprisingly easy instruction guide. Aaah....but wait until you assemble it! The base is easy. Putting the base, back and arms together is finnicky......I did manage it with lots of cussing and fiddling in the end (to be fair it might have been easier with 2 people...). The rest of the assembly is easy.It seems a sturdy chair and moves well on the wheels. It reclines and has a gas lift to move the base up/down. It feels comfortable enough - sitting at it for a few hours working will be the test!!!Overall impressed for the price

The contents were carefully wrapped for protection in transit. They were clear to identify along with the clear assembly instructions. Unlike other reviews that had trouble with attaching the arms, I found this straightforward. Perhaps it is a lot of experience I have had assembling things. If you only add each screw loosely before tightening each one gradually in a ‘round-robin’ approach, there will be no issues . The materials and padding feel very nice. Of course the question is what will be the longevity like. The last chair I had from another supplier in this price range lasted 8months. We can only wait to see.I knew it had a tilt mechanism before purchasing but with the ability to have the tilt disabled which I prefer, but it still tilts back a smidge. But at the moment this is a very minor issue.

Box contents were separately bubble wrapped for transit.Chair doesn't lean back far, but I chose the chair because of this.All in all very good.

I’m awful at building anything but this was super easy despite the reviews saying the instructions weren’t clear. If I can build it, anyone can! Really comfortable and easy worth the price.

Tricky to assemble, require two people, but don't give up, it is a beautiful chair.Only you cannot lean back much, but that is fine.

Came with 2 left arm rests , trued to fit anyway and even on the correct side the bolt holes don't line up very well causing the bolts to not pass through properly.Overall quality seemed decent in all honesty , well packaged , easy jnstructions , screws etc well packed. Shame really.

Nice and comfy chair but unless you are good at DIY you will struggle to put it together as the fixing holes for the bolts on this chair did not line up. Had to watch YouTube to workout how to assemble. Nice chair but hard to assemble.

The chair looks good and has potential to be great. But be warned. The 4 bolts on each side to this construction that are the key to this chair working do not line up 3 out of the 4 work fine but the 4th is out of line on both sides. Which means the back is not fixed properly and will swivel backwards i had to secure it myself.
