I’ve used other types of L Arginine in the past and when I ran out of my current supply I opted to give this a try. I feel after 30 days it works as wel if not better than my other supplement. I have one drawback though to be honest is that when I pack them in my weekly pill box it seems they have a tendency to self destruct. At times I will find they had disintegrated when I open the days dose. This is not the case in the original bottle but only when I transfer it to my ziplock or pull box. Other than that the quality is great

Best Value Arginine – Great alternative to powder!
I prefer these tablets over Arginine powder because the powder has such a strong, fishy taste. Nutricost offers great value for the price as always.The only downside: The tablets are very large. My wife finds them too difficult to swallow, so keep that in mind if you have trouble with big pills. If you can handle the size, it's a perfect, tasteless way to get your Arginine!

Exploding pills!
Like many others, I've found these pills to be exploding in the bottle. Stored in a cool dry location with an expiration date almost 2 years away, I certainly don't expect this. I threw out the remaining pills as I certainly don't trust them. I've cancelled future orders of these and others from this manufacturer.
