These work like a charm. 18 month old is able to sleep through the night but the diapers don't hold up. Was waking up to a soaked toddler and bedding wash daily. Ever since these he wakes up and dry. They prevent leaks ! No skin irritation, not bulk or uncomfortable. They work!

These work great at night. Before using them my son would wake up soaked. They're very easy to put in the diaper and they stay in place all night. I've been using them for about 6 months now.

Fantastic! These are the second diaper doublers I have tried for my 2-1/2 yo son. I was sizing up in diapers and using another brand doubler and still had regular leaks. These doublers are so thin but somehow far more effective than the other, bulkier pad. I am now back to our regular sized diaper with these pads and leaks are very rare. I don’t even recall the last time I was woken up early because my son was wet and cold due to a leak. These pads seem very comfortable for him also. They have always held up, and the adhesive is plenty strong to hold up to a long, wet night.

I was hesitant at first due to a few negative reviews, but thank God I didn't listen. These booster pads are great and I highly recommend them. My toddler has a feeding tube and sometimes their little tummy fills up with fluid and they void a huge amount that soaks through their pull-up. These booster pads are just the extra layer we need to stop those soak outs. They are thin, but don't be fooled, they really soak up 12oz of fluid. I really love that the urine soaks directly through them like a first layer, then goes to the pull-up. I have already bought a second pack and next purchase may be for a larger amount. I would highly recommend. Please don't be hesitant to try it!

I bought these for when my niece spends the night. She's 3 and just started potty training. She refuses to wear a diaper at night, so we put her in a Pull-up. They don't always keep her dry. I was getting tired of having to put a plastic cover on the bed everytime she came over and also having to constantly change the sheets. I saw these and thought I'd give it a try. I had nothing to lose. I'm pleasantly surprised with these and how well they work. She has no problem with me putting one in her Pull-up, which is great!! Since we started using these there have been no more overnight leaks. They are a little pricey, but I don't use them everyday, so that's not an issue for me. This is a great product that I wish they would've had when my kids were little.

Extremely easy to use, do a great job. Has literally saved us from having to change the sheets every night and multiple accidents during the day. Our child didn’t need a bigger sized diaper, just a diaper that could hold more. So grateful for these.

These things work!! I’m amazed at the amount of owe they hold. My 18 month old boy is a belly sleeper and a soaker- he was soaking through nighttime diapers EVERY NIGHT, waking up wet and uncomfortable. We tried different overnight brands, sizes and even another brand of diaper insert with no success. I gave these a try and he wakes up dry almost every night (once or twice he’s soaked through if it’s a day where he was outside chugging water, and it was bath night, and we all know what that means 🐫). My well hydrated boy can now sleep soundly and dry, and I’m not pulling my hair out doing pee soaked laundry every day!

My toddler drinks a couple of sippy cups during the night to help him sleep. We use overnight diapers (prefer Huggies but have also tried Pampers) to keep stimulation to a minimum by minimizing midnight diaper changes. Both brands tend to leak out around the leg holes or the front near the waistband if he drinks too much. I decided to order these yesterday, same day delivery, to try to help with that. So we had our first night with one of these last night. The setup is pretty straightforward and thus seemed like it should really work. In theory, yes. Simply apply to the inside of the diaper like a maxi pad and get bonus surface area for absorption. The issue I’ve already experienced is that all of the urine collected in the front of the pad and did not spread towards the back. Normally, just using the Huggies diaper alone, the urine would spread from front to back giving more effective absorbency. In this case, with the pad, basically only 50% of the pad actually absorbed anything and it also seemed to impede the diaper from absorbing as much as it normally would. The result is that the diaper still leaked out the front of a leg hole. If the pad had been completely saturated, I would have understood this result completely. Every diaper/pad has its limit. As it stands, only half of the pad was even wet and still leaked. Pretty pointless. I’m going to try these again for a few more nights at least, in order to see if things happen differently. I will update my review if so.

Since we starting using these boosters for our son, we've been having less leaks come morning time! Less leaks, means more sleep for everyone! He still has 1 or 2 leaks a week (sometimes none!) but that's a significant improvement from having leaks almost every night in his nightims diapers. And, our son for some reason really empties his system at night, so it's alot of pee! I am not looking forward to nighttime potty training! :/ Anyways... They are easy to insert into the diaper, and can easily be adjusted if you want to change the position. Overall, we are so happy we found these and ordered the 3 pack, after trying 1 pack. I would definitely recommend to those who need extra protection!

I was loosing the plot and sleep as my son kept leaking from the sides of the diaper/nappy. I came across these and they are amazing. Instructions are to place into the bottom of the diaper but I use it on the sides as thats where the leaks are and it works, some people say they use them on the back / front etc.

Je recommande sincèrement. Je l’utilise depuis 5 jours; et depuis 5 jours il y a eu aucunes fuites durant la nuit. Par contre les 2 premiers jours bébé a eu des boutons sur les fesses, mais ça ses vite résorbé. Je recommande.
