Personalized Chef Hat for Kids

We recently ordered the personalized chef's hat for our 3-year-old daughter, and we were so thrilled to find that the company included a free kids' apron! The embroidery on the hat is beautiful, and she was able to choose the color herself. She absolutely loves the whole ensemble, and she'll be wearing it as her Halloween costume this year, too!Thank you for shipping such a high-quality product so quickly (literally within hours of ordering!)--along with such a thoughtful bonus gift! The panel around the head is 3 inches wide, way too big for kids. You have to put the hat on the smallest setting to fit a 13 y old and then the velcro closure is way extended and unsightly at the back and catches hair. Velcro gets entangled into hair and it is very hard to get it out. You basically have to lose hair to get the hat off. Otherwise well made.

The last order made had excellent results. However, the order that made a couple months ago for the Learning American Sign Language book was a disaster - this was the worse book I have ever received. I didn't know before two weeks ago when I opened the package to find that horrible book. The main reason I had not opened this before was that I did not need this book until my class in January 23rd. I am very disappointed in this book after paying $52.24.. I didn't/kdon't know the guidelines for returning merchandise, so I'm stuck with something that I am very disappointed with.Ann

Product in photo is not what arrives. Chef hat in photo has cute font with Junior Chef, personalized name, and swirls. I ordered a kids chef hat 11/26. Received email asking about color of hat and personalization on 11/27. I emailed back asking what colors were available. I never got a response, but got a "your order has shipped" on 11/30. Contacted Seller through Amazon, that personalization and colors hadn't been specified by me yet. Seller finally contacted me and answered questions regarding colors--I ordered a white hat with hot pink thread. What came was a white hat with plain black stitching without the large JUNIOR CHEF (like the product photo on Amazon). After contacting Seller through Amazon (Seller had no customer service phone# available or invoice) and several emails back and forth with Seller, finally received a contact phone#. Spoke with Donnie on 12/15 and he informed me that they would fix the mistake and send out another hat, and would notify management about the misleading product photo. I emphasized my order of a white hat with hot pink personalization three times while on the phone with Donnie. Didn't get second hat until 12/24, barely making it in time for Christmas. This time a hot pink hat came with plain black stitching. After getting the wrong product two times, I chalked it up to lesson learned and will never order from this Seller again. Misleading product advertising and terrible customer service.

Unfortunately, the stitching on the chef hats did not look like the photo. Pretty disappointed, but called the company and spoke with a nice man, who helped me. Offered a return label and apology, then I got an email from another man who apologized, said to keep the hat, and also gave a refund. Situation was resolved with the company, and I will alter the hats on my own to make them more suitable for giving as gifts to my niece and nephew.

Better than expected!!

Great quality and material. The adjustable Velcro works for all ages. My 5, 7and 9 year old grandkids love their chef hats especially the personal names stitched on each hat.

The order arrived late.However the hat came out beautiful the stitching is great exactly like how it looks in the picture. really cute
