This container has more amount that I expected, which is a good thing. Smells great and fresh. We use it in soups and stir fries, but we got it to make tea with 3 more ingredients that was recommended by a family members physical therapist to help lower cholesterol. Color is true to the spice. Cumin has many health benefits. We will buy again once we use it all because the quality of his purchase is fresh. The top seals well.
