This weight belt is leaps and bounds ahead of my previous belt. The material is thick and durable, but fairly comfortable. The belt is very easy to assemble (two screws that you can take out and move to adjust the tightness) and very easy to lever on/off. This is great when for when I finish a set of hard squats and need to gulp air for my life. The belt also just "feels good" like the perceived quality to me is quite high. The lever/buckle is surprisingly heavy, all solid steel and the belt material is very sturdy. It just feels like the sort of thing I will never even put a scratch on and can use for years.

Does the job and the unlimited free levers is a HUUGE plus. Quality is fine even at the low price. It kind of smells though so keep that in mind. There was also another review adressing the lock mechanism not working properly and not staying in the holes. That's actually how lever belts work.

Good quality and work good too

This product is really nice. The only downside I had with it is that I had it too tight so I had to adjust it again which was a pain. After adjusting it I had to adjust it again cus it was too big. I ended up finding the right one and it fit me perfectly and I love the click it does when you take it off. The belt looks very simple too.

I'm very petite so once I started adding anything past a plate, my back began to hurt and hurt for weeks. The second I began to use this my back pain was gone plus it lets me move up on weights a lot faster than I would've without a belt. It gives you confidence to lift heavier with more ease! Worth every penny, you have to try it to believe it.

Este fue un regalo para una amiga que practica powerlifting, le ayuda bastante con levantamientos arriba de 100 kilos en sentadilla y peso muerto, en mi caso que también lo he usado, me ayuda bastante a el entrenamiento de pierna general, tanto sentadilla, cleans, etc.

SMALL SIZE IS NOT AS ADVERTISED Small comes as a single prong... Not lever. It is also MUCH smaller than advertised, doesn't fit on a 30 inch waist. Even in my wildest dreams it wouldn't fit. It's a joke. MEDIUM atleast is good, I've used medium and is as advertised.

For 50 cad it does its job very well. Helps brace your core and keep tension as well as support lower back. The lever itself works seamlessly. But after only 6 months of use, the holes where you put the buckle into has loosened up and stretched to where I’d had to move the position of the lever back to a smaller size just so it would fit tightly again. Ok for its price but if you are going to invest in a belt that will last you years go for something like Inzer, a known brand.

Got this belt as I’ve been lifting more while squatting. It’s a great beginner belt, easy to set up and use. It does have a strong smell when you get it but I used dryer sheets and it got rid of the smell. I am 5’5 and 117lbs and I got a small, if I grew anymore I’d think a medium is way better.
