I now have new found appreciation and passion for the numerous survival paracord products they make available. FACTs: This bracelet is my daily ... on the job wear. The quality skilled braided paracord and the name branded Friendly Swede on the Stainless Steel Black Bow Shackle makes this bracelet a fascinating conversation starter. TRUTH TO EXPERIENCE: It took a little getting familiar with adjusting and locking the bracelet ... but with time, my alignment ... became easier. CONCLUSION: The cost also makes this survival bracelet a worth while investment. FURTHERMORE ... I would rather keep my Tribolite Extra Thick paracord bracelet forever in its woven braided form ... but in an emergency, when needed. I know ... It will be unraveled. Simply Superb! I own many para survival bracelets. Mostly King Cobras. A few with plastic buckles but mostly with SS shackles. Mostly black. This Friendly Swede Trilobite Extra Beefy with black SS shackle is as different as the Company that makes them. King Cobras are pretty stiff. The Trilobite Extra Beefy is about the same width and length but MUCH more comfortable because of its flexibility. The black SS shackle is perfection itself. I am a 7 1/2 inch wrist and it rides effortlessly in the center hole of the perfectly executed shackle. As for the Company, they treat you like a long lost relative. Started unsolicited emailing to make sure I knew they stood behind the Trilobite unconditionally. Wonderfully friendly! And if that isn't enough to make you want one they even provide an extra shackle pin for FREE! When is the last time you got something FREE? Plus if you have to deploy the Trilobite they will send you another one! Gotta love the Friendly Swede and the Extra Beefy Trilobite.Semper FiMikeUpdate 11/28/18While I was reordering a Friendly Swede EBT I reread some of the negative remarks concerning the difficulty of securing the pin. REALLY!?!? Seriously guys grow a pair for Pete’s sake! Simply brace one end against a knee, hold the other end in place with left or right hand, and use your free hand to secure the pin! Geez. I am a former Marine, 80, have arthritis in my hands, and have bad eyes. If I can do it all you ladies can do it, too. Quit b@“&$ingSemper FiMike

Pros: I wear a large watch on one wrist and wanted something to balance out my look. I love symmetry so I went with this large paracord bracelet. I couldn't be happier. The rope is high quality and the clasp has been very durable. I take this off at night and for a shower. The threads on the clasp are still clean and crisp. Putting this on the first few times was a chore, but you become proficient quickly.Cons: the only con for me was fitment. I measured my wrist and decided an XL was right but it was too loose. I wanted this to fit snuggly and so I purchased a large. I thought I would be wearing the XL on the last hole and am really wearing the L on the first (tightest) hole. Again, I did want a snug fit so perhaps they are sizing things for a looser fit.Well worth the money for this product. The clasp alone seems like some would sell it for $10. And having enough rope on you to, at any time tie a girl down (or, I mean, tie SOMETHING, down) is a wonderful feeling. It's not that you have to unfurl this on a date, but it is the implication...

The bracelet was a carbon copy of what was pictured and described. No issue at all with inaccuracies or anything like that. The bracelet fit perfectly and was the size that it said it was.The paracord seems like the same stuff that I have used myself and does exactly what it says it will. Paracord is a very useful component/tool to have with you and the bracelet makes it easy to do so. Also, if you ever have to use the paracord in an emergency or survival type situation, the shackle is much more useful than the plastic buckles for lashing or other uses. You could also weave your own bracelet again using the same shackle if you have the knowledge.The adjustable shackle is definitely the way to go if you are using a shackle versus a clip. The adjustable fit is the icing on the cake.All in all, this is a quality bracelet, well made and worth the money. I recommend it to anyone considering the possibility of purchasing one. From what I have read all over Amazon in reviews and communication posted to various buyers, The Friendly Swede appears to be one of the few merchants with top notch customer service as well. This parachord bracelet is unlike any other. It comes with 3 holes for different sized wrists. The holes are a part of a unique clasp system that is used on this bracelet. It comes with a rod that is threaded along with the holes. They also include a second rod, in case you lose the first one. The bracelet is well braided and does not come undone unlike over 90% of other parachord bracelets that I have tried. It's comfortable and looks nice. The only issue, which is very minor, is that it is kind of hard putting the clasp on. It is definiteley worth the money and I recommend getting it over all other parachord bracelets.
