Love these paring knives they hold up well hold an edge well and are easy to sharpen when needed. Handle is very comfortable also have not shown any damage when family members accidentally run through the dishwasher

I’ve had these knives for a couple months now and they continue to hold their edge and serve well. The only complaint I have isn’t really the knives’ fault — the handles are rather bulky and each blade takes up more space than a traditional steak knife. The photos show this clearly, I just didn’t take it into account when I bought these blades to replace some ancient, worn steak knives in a knife block on the counter. The handles are too wide to fit more than four side by side in the six-slot block. On the plus side, the big handles with their grippy rubber are easy to hold and use, so these knives would be great for users with arthritis or who need a larger, easier to grip handle. They arrive sharp and they stay sharp. Definitely recommended if you prefer unserrated blades!

This has become my go-to knife! Originally purchased to cut my sourdough bread, crisp in the outside and tough to cut thru the bottom, works great! I use it for tomatoes and anything else that needs a sharp, precision cut.

Siempre utilice tijeras económicas, que vienen en los juegos de cuchillo económico. Al compararlas con la Chicago, se nota una gran diferencia de calidad. Parecen ser pequeñas, solo son un poco cortas de la punta. No son tan alargadas, pero cabe la mano de un adulto sin problemas. Ya vienen afiladas, además de que vienen con una cubierta de plástico sencilla, para poner en la punta y protegerlas al guardarlas.

a faca tem poucas polegadas de comprimento, mas é perfeita para o dia-a-dia na cozinha, veio afiadíssima e com o tempo de uso precisei começar amolar com a chaira; agora ela já perdeu basicamente todo o fio, vou precisar levar numa cutelaria pra amolar; tem o peso e o tamanho ideal para realizar cortes em alimentos que não demandem força (porque é pequena) e mobilidade pra realizar cortes com agilidade.

Just ordered 2 sets of these. It's recommended that it be washed by hand. Each knife comes with its own plastic "case" that protects the cutting edge. These are very sharp and have a pointy top, so it's best to have these plastic protectors on during storage otherwise there's a risk of hurting your hand. The handle has a descent weight so it's not cheap feeling or looking. The serrated edge is made well as it cuts quite well. Easy to handle and use. Nothing to complain except for the zip tie that it comes with to hold the knives in place with the cardboard that the knives are attached to. It's too much in a sense that even though you're told to use a pair of scissors to free each of the knives from the cardboard, you end up ruining the scissors. So you do need to use special pliers designed for cutting thick, sturdy plastic to free the knives from the cardboard and start using it.
