Beware
This developed a seam leak the very first moment I used it. I felt ripped off and not too thrilled facing a 14 hour plane trip without a pillow. The cover is nice and soft though and I plan to fill it with something for my next trip that won't deflate.

Use daily on bus ride to work. Very comfortable.
Use daily on my 55 minute bus ride to Washington, DC to work. Cover is removable for washing. Inflates & deflates quickly & fits easily in my backpack. Some reviews stated it was difficult to inflate & deflate. Trick is to squeeze the base of the nozzle slightly (with either your teeth or fingers) when inflating & deflating. Prevents neck pain caused by "rubbernecking" when you doze off in a reclined seat. Cover is very soft. Almost missed my stop a few times cause I was snoozing.

Inflating and deflating is difficult without some type of long pointed object to open the valve. Otherwise comfortable.

Poor quality
Lasted less than 6 months of regular use. The bladder which is thin and of poor quality developed a leak after less than 6 months of use.

Not quite as shown!
I have an older version of this supposedly same product. The small air mattress type inflation valve is definitely inferior to the wide mouth version of the former product which is easier to inflate and control pressure. The pictures of the product show the wide mouth valve, but this is not what was provided. Also, the inflation bladder and fabric are not near the weight of the previous versions. It will do the job, but it is not what I expected nor is it as pictured!!!

Great pillow! It blows up easily and is super soft! I like the little pocket on the side because I can store my earplugs in that area and know exactly where they are. I fit well in my luggage and I would buy it again!

I like the pillow style ones better
Too stiff for me, and if you try and put less air in, there is no support. I like the pillow style ones better, they are soft and contour to your neck. I bought this b/c I wanted one that deflated, so I could save space in packing, but didn't like it very well when inflated.
