These were so cute in the pic and I knew they would be a cheap material but come on! They did not arrive in a shoe box inside the shipping box. They were wrapped in plastic and looked as though they had been for some time explaining the twist to each shoe but especially the right shoe. Which was also HUGE around the ankle. Just the right shoe, not the left shoe. Then there was the sole. The front edge of the outsole made the sihouette of the right shoe almost an entire size longer.....I would advise you pass on these. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The quality isn't perfect, but the shoes are still cute *by W***S on September 5, 2017* The quality isn't perfect, but the shoes are still cute, comfortable, and sharp looking. I ordered my usual size, and they fit as expected. They do have a bit of a chemical smell, but it doesn't bother me since my shoes don't get too close to my nose anyway (lol). They don't come in a box - just wrapped in bubble wrap. There were some minor scruffs and imperfections on the patent leather portion of the shoes, and a scuff on one of the heels as well. There is a gouge near the front of one shoe that bothers me (see photo), and I considered sending them back, but it's not super noticeable, so I decided not to. They should certainly package the shoes better so they don't get so crammed against each other, which creates scruffs. Unlike some reviewers' experiences, these shoes fit my feet very comfortably, and I didn't have a problem wearing them all day. However, I am not in my feet all day each day, so perhaps the experience would have been different in that situation.
