It's be a great product if it tasted better - abandoning this for that reason.I cannot find how much a dose this gives.The box reads "5 sprays as needed; not to exceed 50 sprays per day", how that compares to normal tablets I have no idea.I can't read the fine print on the bottle without a microscope, but I don't think it gives any more detail.I wish manufacturers would put the dosage in readable font - when you get several different squirty bottles it's a nuisance to check them all every day.

Good while food source
Though it's lower in milligrams of vitamin C then other supplements I still prefer it as it's a whole food source and has a better absorption rate then synthetic vitamins. It also tastes great and kids love it, just gotta remember to put it in the fridge.
