Best extensions for the cheap price
Wasn’t so sure about this product at first but after reading the reviews, I decided to try it out. I got the brown extensions and they are so amazing. They fit the description perfectly and shipping was very fast. The shade of brown is like a medium chocolate and they blended really well with my natural hair, making them look real. When I received the product, I was able to crochet them onto the ends of my real dreads, making them longer and this product was definitely what I was looking for. They are stiff at first, but if you soak them in hot water for a minute or two, it helps. Soaking them for too long in the hot water will cause them to become lighter in color, so beware of that. For those who complain the these don’t look like real dreads or are too shiney, they will look more realistic as time goes on. My only complains about these is that the beads they come with are too small and the crochet hooks they come with are also too small, making it impossible to do anything when it comes to installing them. I would recommend buying a .27mm crochet hook :)

LOVE THEM
I’m a first timer when it comes to dread extensions but they are so easy to install and live with! It helps to have an extra set of eyes and hands, so if you can recruit a friend to help, I recommend doing it that way. I ordered 2 packs (40 extensions) and I had the perfect amount for my whole head. Yes they come in a folded plastic sleeve so they are stiff at first. To combat this, I dipped my extensions in boiling water, just enough to get them saturated, and let hem dry. This took the stiffness out of them almost instantly. Just be careful not to damage them by leaving them in the boiling water too long. As far as everyday wear, they get better with time. I’ve had mine in for about a month and I’ve noticed that they have started to look and act like your natural hair. They become softer, more flexible and much more comfortable. You CAN wash your dread loc extensions like normal hair, I just recommend doing so in the morning because they take longer to dry than natural “un-dreaded” hair. No one wants to sleep on damp dreads! Over all, this is probably the best experience I could have asked for. I’m so glad I didn’t have to wait for my hair to grow out to achieve the style I want, but I also can’t wait for my natural hair to grow long enough to do this again with my own hair. If you’re looking for an inexpensive and easy way to express yourself, this is it! If you are skeptical of the extension installation or care, I highly recommend doing research first, before writing it off!

Scalp Rash
I’ll start by saying I do not have a sensitive scalp. These were easy to install, they come stiff so you’ll need to pop them in hot water for a few seconds. They are really thick and very scratchy. I had them in for a week when I noticed my scalp was itchy. I washed my hair so they were clean. I took them out and my scalp was itchy, flakey, bright red and has bumps and scabs.

Allergic reaction
These are well made and look great once installed. That being said, this was my first experience with synthetic hair. I followed the company's initial reccomendation I found in the questions about boiling them and hoped that would help get the chemicals out and avoid a reaction. It did not. I was able to comfortably wear them for about 3 days before my scalp began to itch and then blister after 7 days of wearing them. I of course took them out and plan to treat them based on info I found from other sources. I do wish the company had addressed a potential reaction and suggest how to about or treat one because I see a lot of reviews saying the same. I hope going forward I can find a remedy that makes these wearable without such a severe reaction. I would suggest the braiding method in case you do have a reaction it makes it much easier to remove them.

Great looking! Not an easy install
Hey everyone ☺️ For the price, length, and look I'd give it an overall 4/5. I do have a few thoughts and feelings, however. My biggest issue was the install procces. The loops are fairly uneven in size and use some stretching to get big enough to thread the hair through in order to braid, and the synthetic hair would fray at the loops because of poor crafstmanship leading to me having to DIY trim many of them to ensure I wasn't braiding them in poorly. My hair is only a short mullet, bowl cut length since I had shaved my head six months prior, adding to the difficulty in installation on my part haha. It took about eight hours in total to install two packs (I used 37 out of 40) with help from my husband, and I do recommend boiling them beforehand. I made the mistake of letting one sit a little too long and it quickly got curly and crispy so watch out!! However, once they were in, OMG. 🥵 I look so good!! They're a little heavy, definitely take some adjustment with sleeping, but I feel like the look of the dreads as a whole is so worth any of the inconveniences of feeling like you're permanently wearing a big funny hat. 🤣 They got softer and less stiff for sure after I boiled them, so that's a MUST!! I do recommend for first time dread owners, but please if you have to money get DE!! SE dreads are so much more difficult to install. Yeeeesh!

Really great for what you pay
You cant buy $30 synthetic dreads and think you're gonna get perfectly rolled silk locks. We got two 20 packs and after one entire head & 2 accent dreads on the 2nd head, theres 3 strands left. I was happy with the package contents - hook & beads in each set, everything was safe and barely dented for being folded in half. Now, I'm not too well versed in dread extensions in general but since I got myself a couple handmade wool dread sets off etsy, my 9&4 year olds wanted dreads too. I didnt want to spend another arm and leg for a set for them to share, these came to the rescue!!! I was almost worried they would be too fat since I prefer thinner ones on myself but they were thinner than expected and squishy so it was a good surprise. Synthetic is always gonna be a little stiff but it wasnt as bad as everyone in the reviews made it out to be, I didnt even feel it necessary to boil them, they will get floppier with wear. The ends havent unravelled at all and the girls like combing the last 2-3 inches like barbie hair lol. The dreads were easy to install and even though the loops were a little messy on a few, they worked like a charm. They LOVE them!! Review from the 9 year old: "really cool, for plastic hair is super pretty" 😂😂😂

Ruff an tuff
These are nicely made. They included nice beads and hair cuffs and a crochet hook. Unfortunately they used super cheap hair so the dreads are just plain prickly. And the hair looks ghastly fake. The grey is blueish and the hair dull. Nevertheless, I tried soaking in vinegar as well as dipping in boiling water. But by the time I got five of these in, I realized that these would be too rough for my head. Be warned…

Buy it buy it buy it!
These are so unbelievably lightweight, easy to install and good quality for synthetics! This has been my first time trying dreadlock extensions and let me tell you, this is my new go to. I simply looped my hair through, braided down and secured with an elastic. All I can say I that I wish these were permanent! The little beads that came with it are so freaking cute too! I did have to trim them down, as the ends came a little frayed and weird, but I’m going to attempt to tidy them up, I just couldn’t wait to install these! My confidence is through the roof right now, if you’re debating and unsure, get them! The pack came with a TON, I still have a bunch left over! Incredibly fast shipping as well!

Me encantaron
Las amo. Se pueden retirar y, si las cuidas, pueden durar mucho tiempo. Vienen con pinzas muy prácticas y beads decorativos. Súper recomendadas.

Perfect
I love that they came in a package that wasn’t folded so they didn’t have a big kink. Super easy to install and not stiff at all (seriously, you are getting fake dreads. Don’t imagine they will be soft). The colour is great and just what I wanted and what the picture showed. I am going to buy some more for sure

Bueno
El color no se parece al que pedí y se sienten algo rígidas, pero igual me han dicho que se ven bastante bien. Algunas personas no notan que no es mi cabello, otros si lo notan. Les doy un 8.

Not bad
Dreads are not bad but not great ether. Listing said 20in and mine was shy of 15in and when I boiled them to seal/soften they shrunk to 14in. Very stiff even after trying to soften I’m hoping wear will soften over time.
