My system is a ResMed Airsense 10 and it works just fine

this says for her but is it the same size for a man? i seem to have trouble finding a medium

Robert Capiro is misleading you... The listing says "ResMed AirFit P10 AND AirFit P10 for Her" - you did not read well... It's EXACTLY the same... no different color on the seal...

How do you decide which size is right for you?

Stand in front of the mirror and hold up the pillows to your nose one at a time as see which one fits the spacing of your nostrils the best. Try that one first. If you can't decide between two sizes, try one, sit back and read a while then try the other. Make sure you have a complete seal.
