The satin brass is a heavy metallic finish, not that cheap, painted gold finish! They are not too difficult to install. I did have to you tube the steps because I’ve never replaced a door handle before, but the internet had all the info i needed to quickly figure out how to uninstall the old handle, switch the direction of the new handle and install the new one! It fit perfectly in my door and was quite simple.
