Love this soap! Smell is so nice, not overly strong like some scents, cleans well and leaves my skin so soft. I’m a fan and will likely purchase more when these run out.

I have to rave a bit here and why. First off I am a man who works in balmy Florida and I sweat gruesomely on a daily basis. Stinking is not an option for me. I hate smelling like a mens locker room at the end of each day. The constant sweat made my skin itch too. Mold and bacteria run rampant down here. I needed something that actually kills bacteria on a massive scale and won't reak havoc on my skin either. Well I've tried everything pretty much. Dial had the best success but just didn't kill all the bacteria and at the end of the day there was still that hint of locker room...and my skin still itched. Then I tried Dove body soap. Dead is dead now. I come home with not so much as a hint of locker room. Though sticky and sweaty. My skin still itched however. Then along came Zum ! Discovered at the Store I enjoyed the scent of the Patchouli. Seemed masculine enough. I enjoyed how the scent carried in the bathroom too. After I scrubbed out my day with the dove I would rinse off and apply the Zum bar. I got in the habit of doing this easily over a week. If the Dove soap is the rough part of my shower Zum Bar soap is the pleasure part. I don't know but there is something relaxing about the aroma as well as the nice full lather it generates. Once more it has this creme like texture to it that says Ahhhhhhhh....thats so nice. Then one day I noticed my skin didn't itch anymore. So I found a winning combo. Down side is this is premium Soap. It's not Zest or Lever 2000. Its not even oil of Olay (yeah tried that too) At close to twice the cost of those other soaps Zum actually delivers on quality across the board. Lather, cleaning, scent, natural Oils for skin quality I give em all 5 stars. But you pay for it. Definitely worth the added expense. I bought the 5 pack from Soap Hope for several reasons. 1st was they offered the cheapest deal (at the time). They delivered in good time and packing was superior. They actually make their own boxes from scrap cardboard they horde from around town or they find on the floor from shipments they received. Most of their profits go toward women's charities. Zum does the same thing by helping dog charities. What a winning team !

I love this soap so much! Leaves such a clean feeling and the scents are amazing.

As someone who is sensitive to fragrance, scent is important to me. I usually have to buy unscented everything but this scent is amazing and not overpowering. I have reordered so many times I lost count. I forcibly make friends and family try this soap and everyone I've shared this with has made the switch to this. Clean ingredients and leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated with no residue. I hope they never discontinue this soap or I'll cry.

I bought these to see if they were one of the patchouli scented soaps that I'd end up liking. I really like the potency of the smell. It sticks around on my skin most of the day. It also smells just like straight patchouli unlike a lot of other patchouli products I've tried where they mix in other things because so many people hate the smell of straight patchouli. There is no citrus or woody type scent added, which I appreciate. The soap makeup is such that it's going to dissolve pretty quickly in your shower if you're careless. You need to use a soap holder to keep the bar alive and you don't need to sit there rubbing yourself with it. A little goes a long way in terms of covering your body. So if you're not used to cold process soap it's going to seem like you're getting ripped off. Rest assured the soap you need is there, but you don't have to rub the bar on yourself as much as store bought commercial soap like Dial or whatever. I like it and i'll probably buy more. I like to support a local gal that makes patchouli/sage soap that I really like, so I tend to keep using that. I just wanted to see of Zum has more kick and the smell lasts longer than what I was using and it does. I've bought other patchouli soap recently from Big Stone Soap and I like that as well. Zum has more fragrance in it so it holds on longer. If you desire to smell like the soap hours after your shower, Zum seems to help facilitate that. I do, so I see it as a positive thing. I'm pretty nose blind to patchouli but my wife hates it and says she can smell me coming. I dunno.. I guess I like smelling like a hole in the ground, so I'm sticking with it. She did say that after about 6 hours I just smell like soap to her. So either she's lying to get me to stop having her smell me or the scent does go back to 'normal' later. I'd rather the people that like patchouli hang around me and the ones that don't like it stay away from me anyway, so it all works out.

I have been using this soap for almost two years. This is the only soap that doesn’t irritate my skin. I am able to use it on face and body. It does not leave any residue and the light natural fragrance is very pleasant.
