The garlic press works well. It arrived quickly. However, two additional items were advertised but not included. I contacted seller but did not get a response.

Good execution of a flawed design. The product is sturdy and well made and I bought it as an easier cleaning alternative to a standard garlic press. Sadly there are a number of issues with the concept. It requires a fair amount of arm strength or body weight to use especially on large cloves. Also, garlic cloves are likely to shoot out from under it while you are trying to press them. Additionally all the garlic juices that come out while pressing remain on the cutting board. You can switch to a plate that will capture them and is easy to pour them off of, but because of the amount of force needed to use this you might crack a cheaper plate several cloves in. Again, this particular product is a good version of the design, the base design is deeply flawed.

This tool minces garlic in a flash. Being stainless steel it won’t get dull or wear out as plastic mincers tend to do. I don’t expect to ever have to replace this mincer.
