Smells Awful and Not sure they edible
I made soup of this dried mushrooms, taste is bitter and smells awful, anyway ate it but got my stomach upset, so I am not sure they are edible and I am not expert to differentiate between edible Oysters vs Non edible Oysters

Just opened the packet and cooked them, The taste was too bitter, just want to know from the brand??? bitter oyster mushrooms are normally not consumed

It tastes like eating your own ear lobe.
Worst taste and texture the mushrooms were not in good.size they were all small in bits and were not tender even after soaking it in hot water for 45 mins
