I always spray all my doors, trim (base, cove, door and window) paint store will tell you 10% cut with water or flowtrool but I cut it by a third or more. I use a 2.0 tip. You will get a lot of over spray despite what sprayit states. How do you get even coverage? Which controls did you adjust?** A: Make sure you are using the right tip on the sprayer AND the right type of stain. I usually use the 1.7mm tip with stain. A spray on stain will dry quickly and you won't need to wipe it off. Spray light coats until you get the coverage you are looking for.
