I was a bit worried when I got it because it was so bulky but it works amazingly. It feels durable and sturdy. I did need to make sure my hair was off my neck because it was more comfortable without my hair being rubbed into my neck. I was able to use it just under my skull where I get knots and up and down my neck and the tops of my shoulders. It rotates direction every minute but I wish there was a button that I could set it on one direction for the full 15 minutes. I can change the direction for one minute at a time but I don’t want to push the button 15 times to keep it going one direction. I put the low heat on and it’s plenty warm. I used this for over an hour in one use and it performed great. It helped reduce the tightness in my neck and shoulders. I’m looking forward to seeing what a week of using this massager will do for me. I have a fancy massage chair but it doesn’t help with my neck. This massager was addressing the knots in my shoulders on the lightest setting. I think I’ll have to work up to the deeper massages. It does require you to lean against something and plug into the wall. I found it comfortable sitting on my couch and leaning back with a cushion under my lower back. I am so impressed. I bought another neck massager for $150 and it did not hold a candle to this product. I am very happy with the purchase and I feel it was well worth the money.

This is amazing! I have neck and shoulder pain and tension. I haven’t had a massage in years. For the first few minutes it hurt but I believe that is because I had so much tension. After a few minutes, I felt the wave and relief of tension from my head to my toes go through me. I then had chills. I feel so relaxed and loose. This massager really feels great. I haven’t felt this relaxed in years. I know some reviews they complained about the heat. I felt heat and it was the perfect temperature and felt great with the massager. I just received this today so I don’t know about longevity, but even if it only lasted a month, I would buy a new one every month. It’s cheaper than paying for a one time massage.

A little hiccup initially since the first one lasted only 2 days...no heat. Filled out the return and sent it back and got a new one in 2 days! So far, it's working perfectly. 3 speed levels give you flexibility to choose, the heat begins in a minute or so, and the nodular sizes work like fingers. You decide on the pressure by applying downward motion for neck and forward motion for lower back. Long cord helps but with my living room configuration, needed an extension cord which is no big deal. Really like that I can watch TV and massage at the same time. I would definitely recommend this massager since it does what I want and in my price range. I would have given 5 stars except for the initial trouble.

I don't understand the bad reviews! I bought my first massager in 2018!! It still works great, but after 8 years, it's becoming frayed from constant use. Some think it is too hard, but the person using it controls the pressure! Yes, it is cordless, and that is why I believe it is still working after 8 years. NOTHING hardly still works after 8 years, but this one does. I control the pressure, and I can use it all over my body! I'm happy they still sell this massager on Amazon.

Better than an actual human massage..feels wonderful on a sore neck. Very well made. It is so relaxing. I purchased one for my daughter as well and she loves it just as much. It is a must have!!!!!

Love it, it helps with tight shoulders and I love the heat

This massages pretty well, it helps with my neck pain and the heating feature is a plus. The cable that is needed to use it though is terrible, it does not hold well and constantly falls out of the socket from the slightest movement, which is very annoying. If it had a better cable this would be a 4 star.

I love it! It gets real warm the longer you use it for. It’s very lightweight. I think the beige color looks really nice too! Material seems pretty good and overall made well. It can take some adjusting and weird angles if you have a very specific area/spot that needs deep tissue massage, but you can really get it to massage anywhere and it feels soooo nice.
