Love the devotional books from Our Daily Bread. The stories are a great reference to the Chapter and verses it gives you to read everyday. Gave our old one to a friend. When she was visiting I read the bible and story every morning. She really loved it; so we gave it to her when we got this one.

This devotional allows you to read God's word by taking you there via hyperlink and allows you to meditate on the devotional reading along with providing an inspiring hymn to bring it all together. Great combination

This is a very good daily Bible reading guide. The writers draw on real experiences to help illustrate the truths or lessons to be learned for each day's Bible lesson. It is well-written; an inspiration for the start of each day.
