This one was recommended to me recently and I have to admit they have come a long way. You get a tiny spoon to use as a scoop, I use approximately 1/8th of that amount.... I mean a VERY tiny amount was plenty sweet for me. This will last me 2-3 years. I am very happy this will definitely help to wean me off sugar. Excellent product. Get it right, a teeny amount and it is very pleasant in hot chocolate. A little goes a long way so although it's a small tub, it does last well. Don't forget these sweeteners can affect sensitive tums so don't use to much in a day and if you are suddenly gurgly, look to how much sweetener you are using? It could be the culprit.
