Good customer service
I purchased this machine for school fundraisers. It did not work as expected. I waited too long to return it to Amazon but, when I contacted the company directly, they took care of the return and refund. Great customer servicer.

Only counts specific coins, does not separate or wrap well
This is a great coins counter. It is NOT a coin separator! You must tell it what coins you are counting AND pre-separate the coins! Also, do NOT buy the coin tube holder. This machine does not load coin wrappers well at all. Waste of money and waste of time. The machine quality seems very good, but it requires a lot of manual work which is exactly what I bought it to avoid.

WOW - What a machine.
We count a lot of quarters each month - we previously had a slower cheaper machine which was cumbersome and took a lot of time to count, it eventually broke from just being cheap. THIS MACHINE THOUGH... ITS AMAZING - I've never been so excited to count quarters in my life!

They stand by the product
We ordered the counter and had an issue with a jam. We learned more about the machine and have worked out the jamming issue. We contacted Ribao and they were very eager to help and teach how to use the machine. Very helpful in service and made sure we were happy. The service made the difference and we are happy! Thank you.

Repeated jammed. I finally used it but just missed return date!
Had to have a tech guy calibrate this coin counter. I had to wait for him to do this so it sat unused and I missed the return window by 2 days! It jammed repeatedly and was very frustrating! I will go back to using my manual 30 year old counter.
