Massively disappointing
Lose their colour on the initial soak and and despite being soaked for longer than specified. (16 hours+) and simmering as specified (1 hour), then cooked for 30 minutes, still a little harder than desireable and not a great flavour. Also, still small after soaking. Now looking for something rather better so don't expect to use the rest.

I was disappointed, it was not what i expected. The packages said it was organic but it does not taste closer to the organic beans. The cooking time ⏲️ took longer than it was stated as well. After soaking it over the night it still took 3hrs to cooked.
