Nice and easy to use

I love this product. It fits a regular size chicken perfectly. I placed a tall beer can, not the regular size can in the middle when I made this chicken. It worked perfectly! It allows for easy cooking of the entire chicken! Depending on your oven, you can open your oven and rotate the chicken to facilitate the cooking process. It’s not necessary but you can if you want to. The product is also super easy to clean and easy to use. Would definitely recommend. Next time, I’ll use a regular can to see if there is any major difference. Overall, I’m very pleased!

Great product

Used this to make racks of Pork Spare Ribs. It worked well, though saucing them was a bit of a pain. The rack itself though was a bit short for the job. I'd wager shorter length cut ribs would work better. All in all, I'll use it when I'm doing ribs as it did make it easier to work with multiple slabs.

Sturdy cleans well except hinge on handle needs a lttle brush work. Folding handles make it fit in many places even smallish smokers. Size is good for small gatherings and small roasters smokers or grill

Fits 4 racks and a chicken no problem

Easy to use and held 4 slabs of St. Louis cut ribs on an 18 inch smoker. My cooking time drops about 20 mins as a result. I usually cook mine for 5 1/2 hours but now it’s slightly over 5 hours at 225 degrees. Cleanup is ok and it’s dishwasher safe. For best results use oven cleaner for the hard to remove spots. Highly recommend and would purchase again.

The five slots are not wide enough for baby back ribs. I decided to bend the slots to be wider, and have three usable slots. The size of this is much too small for a full rack, but it works well for a half-rack. Cut your ribs in half before putting them into the rack. That said, I used two of these to smoke 3 racks of baby-back ribs (3 racks = 6 half racks, three per metal tray after bending the slots to be wider), and it worked well. The ribs staid vertical during smoking, picked up good flavor, and turned out great. It'd be better if they just designed it correctly from the start without the consumer needing to bend the wire frame, but, oh well.

Work great, would have gotten 5 stars if one of them didn’t come to me broken at the weld. I bought 2 the other one was fine
