Must Clamp For Sharpening
I bought these to use on a flat reference surface to shape woodworking blades. I 'stuck' the sheets down to the granite block using water and also used water as the lubricant. Unfortunately, this paper (nor any other wet/dry sandpaper grit that I have) does not work well in this application because it curls up and tends to round the blade edges. If I were to continue trying to refine this method of sharpening, I would need to either devise some sort of clamp to keep the paper flat or try using oil instead of water. However, I've found some good coarse Japanese diamond stones made by Atoma (just Google the name) that cost much more but work much better for blade shaping/sharpening.

Works as intended
This works as intended and will probably last me for the next twenty years like the last 50 pack of paper did.
