Firmstrong Firmstrong Bella Classic Beach Cruiser Bicycle

I just purchased the Firmstrong Bella for my wife's birthday. Great Bike. I purchased the Chief for myself a couple of years ago. Nothing but good things to say about both. If your handy the bike is put together in 25-30 minutes. Comfortable ride, gears switch nice and easy and the bike looks awesome. Shipping was fast as well. Great Buy.

I Love this bike! The Firmstrong Bella Classic Three Speed Beach Cruiser was the exact bike I had been looking for. It is well made and was easy to assemble. The coaster brakes, handlebars that you can sit up to ride, and the 3 speed handle gearshift take me back to my childhood days of riding bicycles. I get compliments everywhere I go on its stylish retro appearance. Thanks Firmstrong for a classy classic!

The bike was delivered much sooner than expected. The assembly was very easy. Just put on the handle bar, the front wheel, the seat, and the fenders. It took about 30 minutes. It is very easy to ride. My wife wanted a bike with a coaster brake instead of hand brakes for a more simple riding experience. The low great is not as low as our mountain bikes, but that's not what this bike is about. A serious hill requires walking it up. The bike is great for mellow riding and commuting (and looking awesome while doing it!)

I really love the vintage look of my baby blue cruiser and can't wait to get a white basket for it and maybe a bell. I did have a little problem, though. My hubby insisted on setting the seat too high (yes, he put the bike together without any problems, bless his heart). I kept telling him I really thought the seat needed to be lower because I was only able to touch the tips of my toes to the ground. Well, I got on and rode for 15 minutes and was getting ready to stop and I don't know what happened, but the bike started falling to the left. And, you guessed it, I fell off because I couldn't get my feet on the ground fast enough and ended up spraining my wrist. Thankfully, I fell on the grass. For me, it just works better to be able to put both feet flat on the ground. I've been nursing my wrist and will be trying to ride again now that the seat is just where I wanted it in the first place. This is the way I remember the level of my bike seat being all those years ago. Also, I am very impressed with the excellent customer service.

This bike is very cute. The ride is very comfortable, and I feel that is in part to the tire size and the seat. I like how far the handle bars are apart, if you are large chested you don't feel like one of the girls are going to get in the way of steering. That was an issue years ago on a mountain bike. The position for ridding is great, I have had two back operations, and this causes no pain. I have not been on a bike since 1990. Yes I am older, over 50, and this is my first brand new bike. All my bikes I ever had were used from someone or found in a dump and fixed. I knew I wanted more than one speed, but did not want a lot of them either, so I got the three speed. I don't like speed one, it just is for trying to get up the hill, or in my case the little knoll in the road. On level ground I use third speed, I can go best with that one, after I get out of my driveway, they paved our road last year and I have to push it over the hump. The instructions were very bad, it gave all wrong sizes of tools to use, but was able to figure that out fast. I did get this out together wrong on the front tire. Like a kid and in a hurry, I did not pay attention to how the front spoke was facing. So I had to take it all off and start over, that was after going crazy for half an hour trying to figure out how I was going to ride this. I happen to set the peddles and seat pole on my tv stand in the garage and could not find them. When I was trying to figure out how I could ride this with no seat and peddles, I was on the phone with my mother in law. That was where I goofed, I should have been trying to concentrate on this and could have saved me grief. I have purchased a basket for the front and a horn along with reflectors for the spokes. It looks very sharp or some could say crazy. The only reason for not giving this five stars is the seat is in the lowest position and I barely reach my tip toes to the ground. The bike stated it was good from 5-6 feet, and I am 5' 2" . If you are thinking of this can be a good bike, you bet it is and once you get on you don't want to get off, at least me. I put in my basket a tablet, a Bluetooth speaker, water bottle, battery charger, and cell phone. There is what keeps me happy, the music, and I don't want to stop.

This bike is solid and very easy to assemble. Rides smooth and shifts great. Handles hills easy. My wife loves it. Purchased a basket and now are items are carried for us. No issues at all.

Love this bike! I get so many complements on it everywhere! I ride this probably 4-5 times a week and it works great. The gears shift a little stiff and we were missing some screws that came with it but nothing that you can't get at your local hardware store. Would definitely reccomend this bike!!

I LOVE my Beach Bike! I received it as a birthday gift from my husband and it is everything I was looking for in a bike and then some. Super stylish, easy to maneuver and so easy to adjust to your comfort level as the handle bars and seat adjust. Seat is big and comfy, my husband also bought a basket for the front which is so handy. The customer service thus far has been amazing. Highly recommend the bike and the service!
