EXCELLENT! Buy it, read it! Enjoy it!Much of this info was new to me even though I thought I was knew it all. Easy and fun to read...love the author's way of writing and will buy the rest of her books and listen to her podcasts!There are also some great links to other resources and other people in this field you won't want to miss.The only negative issue, was perhaps for me, the dearth of a LATE 70's to 80's focus. I felt the book was geared more towards younger seniors in their 50's and 60's. At this age every decade makes a huge difference in our bodies and minds. I really wanted to know more about sex in this older age bracket (it's where I am at). There was not enough of those folks feedback for my taste. Is this because people my age are not having enough sex to contribute to a questionaire? or were they just not sharing with the author when she sent it out?Regardless, it is still an interesting, entertaining and educational read! I hope she continues writing about this subject. I learned a lot and recently bought my very first vibrator ;>) As Joan says "use it or lose it!".
