I have tried ordinary iron supplements and within 3 days...constipation began to set in. With these, no upset stomach or bowel issues. I was feeling unmotivated and tired. Within two doses...I got my spark back. In the last three days I have felt more focused and less fatigued which resulted in a lot more physical activity. I have felt tired and fatigued for months. Possibly effective but gave an upset stomach for me.

This product may be gentle for some peoples gastric system but for me it made my stomach upset with the symptoms that go with it.Im afraid however effective it could have been I had to dispose of it.
