Aerobie 13" Pro Ring - Set of 3 (Colors may vary)

I don't know what to say other than there is no improving upon perfection. My friend in high school had one and that was my first encounter with Aerobies. Ever since then, I've had one from time to time (lost my fair share of em' because man do they fly...), and now that my son is 8 it's his turn to experience the joy of playing with them! Great way to get your kids out of the house and spend some quality time with them.

For once, the claims of a product are true. You CAN throw this ring much further than the Frisbee. A couple of my friends and I have been getting together once a week or so, to play Frisbee Golf at a nearby park. We're having a lot of fun. But instead of using Frisbees we're all using Aerobies, so I guess we're really playing "Aerobie Golf." How we play: We take turns picking out an object in the distance; a tree, a park bench, a light pole, etc. The object of the game is to then hit that object with as few tosses as possible. Depending upon the object selected and the route we often specify must be taken to hit it, it's often impossible to hit the object on the first few tosses. We each have three Aerobies. We take turns throwing these Aerobies and we each take the best toss of the three. Where your Aerobie lands is the spot you throw from for each subsequent toss. This simple game keeps us occupied for hours! I can regularly throw an Aerobie disc about 90 yards, and tosses greater than 100 yards are not uncommon. I can't toss a Frisbee anywhere near that far. I would have LOVED to have seen the World Record toss, that went further than four football fields! Wow! The Aerobie rings also fly much more accurately than a Frisbee and are easier to catch. For this reason, I can't see myself ever playing with a Frisbee again. (Sorry Wham-O.) This 3-pack from Amazon for $22.43 is a great deal. That's less than $7.50 each. Local stores (Big 5 Sporting Goods, for example) charge in the neighborhood of $10.00 each, or more. The product comes in three colors and I DO wish when ordering you could specify the colors you wanted, although I don't suppose the colors make much difference, although it helps in our Aerobie Golf game for us each to have three different color rings, which we do. Note: Because it's a ring and not a disc, they ARE more prone to get caught in trees. Ideally, you want to throw them in a wide open area. LOTS of fun, for just a few bucks. After a number of sessions, we're all getting more accurate with our throws. I give this product a 5 Star rating.

My neighbor has border collies and his Aérobie has been a hit with them for several years. I thoroughly enjoy playing with the rings and, maybe, the dogs too (:>). They are easy to throw and do indeed fly a very long way. I had a problem because Amazon only shipped me ONE ring when I had ordered and paid for a set of 3 rings. I searched for a place to get this resolved without having to involve a ‘return’, but couldn’t find a place to describe my problem. So I wrote a message to the manufacturer. Soon thereafter I received a most-pleasant reply from Sean at DiscStore (written to me on the Memorial Day holiday!). Sean asked if he could do anything to correct my issue and I told him I simply needed 2 more of the Pro rings. Sure enough, in just a couple of days the additional 2 rings arrived. Huge shout-out to Sean and the folks at DiscStore for their splendid example of exemplary customer service and fixing a problem that they did not create. Thank you,Sean and everyone else at DiscStore!!

Aerobie 13" Pro Ring - Set of 3 (Colors may vary). My main concern? Was I going to receive 3 rings? Yes, I did. I ordered a set of 3 10" Aerobie Sprint rings from another seller and only received 1. Needless to say, I returned for and received a refund. Other reviewers had the same complaint. I would purchase again from this seller. Received just as described and advertised.

Do not buy these! They break after just a few throws. Disappointing and worthless. And if you don’t keep the packaging and receipt good luck getting a refund.

My dogs love these but I found out the hard way they can slide between boards on a deck… but I fetched it back out!! So awesome and our first one lasted a few years before my dog broke it! My goofy dog gets it stuck around her neck but that’s even more entertaining!

My 8 year old won't stop bugging me to play with the "ring." He wants to throw it around every chance he gets, and it never gets dull. It's durable, flies well, and it's hours of fun and entertainment. It's "Totally better than a frisbee," and the kid can throw it over 600 feet! Fun. Fun. Fun.

These rings are the BEST! They slice through the air with a mere flick of the wrist. They fly surprisingly far. In fact, there ability to fly so far may be a downside. I won't play with them around trees. I fear the trees will eat my precious toy. My 8 year old son and I have a GREAT time going to parks and playing with these rings. I took them to the high school where I teach and the kids had a ball playing catch. They are easy to throw and easy to catch. I keep one in my car just so one is always on hand. Two thumbs up! A great toy.

Only one has arrived! It states very clearly set of 3!! Only one is in the packet! Absolutely fuming!! Please correct this!
