I bought this for a long day of travel by plane. It worked perfectly. I had no issues through security at the airports either. It was a great fit for my medicine, kept it cold and easy to transport. I recommend buying the portable charger and case that you can buy with it for long trips.

Just what I needed to keep the insulin cool. One less anxiety to have when I travel or just go out for a daytrip.

I used this on a trip to get on a cruise ship. I was travelling from Miami to Southampton and arrived a day early to make sure a late flight would not keep us from boarding the ship. It worked exceptionally well for our meds.

This is a game-changer for traveling. Being able to power it via USB in the truck or the RV means I don’t have to worry about ice packs melting on a long haul. It’s well-insulated and the 3-in-1 design is very versatile. It feels sturdy and fits into a backpack or sling bag without being too bulky. If you need a reliable way to keep your meds at temperature while off the grid or on the road, this is worth every penny.

Went on a 4 day trip and put ice in the bottom of the thermos before I left. I had 16 hours of travel without the cooler, and 56 hours (in the hotel) with the cooler working nonstop. When I got home 72 hours later, the ice was still intact and frozen. Needless to say, my insulin was kept cool all 4 days of the trip I was very impressed by this gadget.

I bought this for an overseas trip. I take a weekly shot that needs to be refrigerated. Took it out of the fridge right before we left for the airport, put it in this cooler with the ice pack and the usb lid. I plugged it in to a charger for the airport ride, unplugged it for tsa security, then plugged it back in. The plane had a plug, so I utilized that on the plane for 6 hours. Once landed, I plugged it back into the charger. At the hotel I used a usb plug to keep it running. I left on a Friday night and on Monday morning, it was still cool. Not cold and the ice pack was defrosted, but it was definitely cool inside the container and the medicine was still cool as well. We went to Ireland in the fall, so we did not have super high temperatures to combat. Taking it through US security, they wanted it opened to verify it wasn't a water bottle. Bringing it back, they just put it in a machine to test for whatever (explosives?). it traveled well, super easy to use, withstood our travel. I highly recommend this product.

Keeps things cool but not for the 72 hours listed. For the price, it should do a better job. This would have been perfect for longer trips without a fridge but it missed the mark.

I purchased this item because I was going to go on a trip for more than 10hrs of airplane ride and I need it for my GLP’s so when I received it there was a problem with the top cap called the manufacturer send him pic a new one arrived 3days sooner was very understanding and helpful very appreciate of there service thank you very much

This product is wonderful. During our recent long road trip, we managed to keep insulin cool for 5 days without a freezer. I opted for this variant because it can combine the cooking effect of gel-pack AND the cooling plate. I bought a 27000 mAh power bank to have the USB power and worked very well for us.
