True Norwegian crispbread
Excellent product. I ordered quinoe version. Tastes like true Norwegian crisp bread. I use 1/2 crackers for eggs, cheese, canned fish, etc. No need to make my own gluten free bread or flat bread. Fair price.

Best flavored gluten free scandinavian crispbread EVER
As a follower of Tanya Zucherbrot's high fiber diet I have no end of trouble trying to find a high fiber cracker/bread that is gluten free. This product fits the bill in every way. I ordered the Everything flavor and also the quinoa, both gluten free since I am celiac. I am pleased in every way. The bread does come bubble-wrapped. The first shipment was perfect, no breakage, but the second shipment was a little crumbled on the one package. I guess since these are kind of fragile and come all the way from Norway, I feel that even the ones that are not perfect slices are still usable with my chicken salad. I will buy this in a heartbeat again.

canola oil
this is such a great product, taste great and all the ingredients are great except why did they have to spoil this healthy product by using canola oil which is the worst thing you can eat, read up about it, what a shame, use olive oil!!!

Crackers are great but poor packing results in broken pieces & crumbs
Flatbread crackers are both GF & delicious, a staple for me. However, the supplier shipping thru Amazon sends these crunchy crackers wrapped only in a cellophane bag & then outer plastic bag- so you end up with tiny broken pieces & lots of crumbs. Even after I called Amazon customer service & reordered them- same unusable crumbs in same useless packaging. I found them locally & will not get them here again.
