For a start this one comes precut so don't have to mess around with scissors trying to cut strips off. The adhesion quality is also really good, I have worn this stuff when swimming and it still remains firmly in place. The actual stretch within the tape is very good and still allows you to have full movement. Other tapes I have tried are sometimes stiff and cause more harm than good however this isn't true for this one. Also good to see that they have included 3 tapes rather than having to buy individual roles as I get through this stuff rather quickly!
