How big is the strap in inches please?

About 11 inches it's very big also if you need links to be taken out u will have to take it to a jewelry shop pins are really badly done

Are you talking about adjusting the strap? The seller presented a small tool to adjust the strap, I think it is very simple, and there is a manual to adjust the strap.
