Not easily adjusted.
I bought this for my teen granddaughter. It is very thick and hard to adjust. My son (they call him Mighty Joe because he is strong) spent about 30 minutes slowly bending it and it finally got down to about a size 6. It is still too large for my granddaughter to use. Just beware it starts off able to fit my size 9 finger and doesn't adjust down and doesn't look the same once bent.

This ring is NOT adjustable. I ordered it hoping I could as I knew it would be large on my size 5 fingers. It falls off my thumb and is too thick to adjust. It is however well made and nice looking.
