Easy to use, saves a lot of labour BUT u can not reli on its too small head which may slip any time while changing tyre.Its head may penetrate into support point of car, causing an injury into car.It may not provide sufficient height to change the tyre (Tip keep some strong tiles below itto gain enough elevation)

If your car is deflated.. Good luck trying to put this under your car.. Because you would need to lift your car somehow to make it fit.

Jack height is not sufficient to lift my Zen / Wagon R. The release screw could only be worked with the help of a pliers. AVOID.
