In first trimester of my pregnancy , I was really sick and didn’t feel to eat. I wasn’t keeping down any food. So My husband searched online and bought this shake and I began drinking it every morning. I Didn’t like the taste of it at first ,then , After while I began to notice that I didn’t feel sick anymore and I was keeping down food . I started liking it , I drank it with oat milk instead of cow milk.

It taste good and its made big difference in how i feel tearing my pregnancy

This is my first protein powder so I’m not sure if all protein powders have a weird taste but the first time I had it I followed the instructions I added 1 whole scoop in a little over 8 oz of almond milk. The flavor was horrible I tried so hard to finish it but I couldn’t even get half way so I threw it out because I knew I was going to throw up. I tried it again in 8 oz of almond milk with a half scoop and a few frozen strawberries. The flavor was barely there and I was able to drink it this time. I would suggest to try half a scoop first because the flavor seriously isn’t that good it made me want to throw up. I’m in my 3rd trimester so I’m going to continue to do half a scoop until I finish since I paid $40 and I don’t want it to go to waste. Beware if you aren’t used to protein powders the taste of this might really throw you off but if you’re used to them maybe it won’t. I purchased the vanilla flavor I might consider the chocolate but I wish they had smaller sizes to sample before committing.

Smells sickeningly sweet I couldn't tolerate it and was practically of no use to me during my first trimester. Waited for the 2nd and 3rd trimesters to see if its scent was more tolerable, still not. Just remove the fragrance!

I was skeptical at first, but my nausea during this first trimester has been so bad, I was desperate to try anything. I have been taking prenatal vitamins (which include B6), DHA/omega 3s from fish oil, folic acid, been sniffing peppermint and tea tree essential oils, sipping on hot mint tea - anything that anyone would tell me to take to help with nausea- and nothing has worked. I still wake up feeling like throwing up every morning and the feeling persists throughout the day. When I found this on my Instagram feed, it mentioned helping with morning sickness - the first review video I watched was of this woman swearing by this stuff and how it had cured her nausea, and that was enough for me to buy it immediately. OMG it works! I can't believe it but it really works. I just had it for the first time an hour before going to sleep last night and I woke up without nausea for the first time in weeks?!?!? I am truly in disbelief. The woman in the video review I watched was saying how this was the stuff of sorcery and I would have to agree!!! How could it have cured my nausea so easily when nothing else worked?!?!? anyway I will stop questioning it and just recommend it to everyone. I also am finally able to feel full without feeling like vomiting! It's been so hard to finish my meals and keep food down but this sticks around in my tummy. I love it! I am excited to keep having it during the day and hope it keeps my nausea at bay!

I was super picky with my protein powders while pregnant. Pretty much every brand made me sick and it was hard for me to get in enough protein. This was by far the best tasting I could find. I wish it was just a bit cheaper so I could have taken it every day.
