Worst product ever
I followed all the instructions and I ate good and trained 5 days per week. I didn't see any change in my abs. It is pointless to buy this product. There are many other products that do work. So just don't buy this. It does not work.

First off, I can not say enough good things about the customer service of this company. The product does what it is supposed to, I'm a strength and conditioning specialist and would recommend this as a thermogenic that is not so in your face. After trying the product for almost a week, I see differences in energy levels (not as lethargic after eating especially) and in the definition of my abs. Top notch product from a top notch company.
